Spouse filled husband’s phone with youngster porn in try and get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading tons of of images of kid pornography onto her husband’s phone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her buddy, are alleged to have worked together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her youngsters back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in accordance with the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the system and stated she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view youngster porn in their residence.

The police say that phone had hundreds of images of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they started to surprise why the cellphone he was utilizing didn't have any pictures much like the ones Moore became them.
