Spouse filled husband’s telephone with child porn in try and get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered round loading hundreds of photos of kid pornography onto her husband’s phone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have labored together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her children again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said based on the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her flip the phone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the machine and mentioned she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view child porn in their home.

The police say that telephone had tons of of photos of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to surprise why the telephone he was utilizing didn't have any pictures just like the ones Moore turned into them. That’s when they reportedly acquired a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore were pals and had mentioned finishing up the incident in advance.

After which Moore allegedly caved.
