Paul Pelosi: Nancy Pelosi’s husband arrested on DUI expenses

Paul Pelosi, 82, was arrested at 11:44 p.m. PT and charged with driving underneath the affect and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, in response to the Napa County Criminal Justice Network's public reserving report. Both fees are misdemeanors.

Pelosi was making an attempt to cross SR-29 when his 2021 Porsche was hit by a 2014 Jeep touring northbound on the highway, based on a collision report from the California Highway Patrol, which doesn't identify both driver as being at fault within the crash. Troopers have been called to the scene simply before 10:30 p.m., the report said.

There were no accidents reported in the crash and the Jeep's driver was not arrested, the report stated.

CNN has reached out to the highway patrol and the Napa County Sheriff's Workplace for added particulars.

Bail was set at $5,000 according to the reserving report, and data indicate Pelosi was released Sunday morning.

"The Speaker won't be commenting on this non-public matter which occurred while she was on the East Coast," a press release from Drew Hammill, Pelosi's spokesperson, mentioned. CNN reached out for an updated statement after the collision report was launched.
