This is so great. We have a real problem with a lack of critical thinking. Liberals and Conservatives both have their ideological flaws. Team politics is toxic. Sowell is so right that the victim mentality helps no one. The liberals are correct that there is systemic racism embedded in the system. We can only move forward if we address the nuances. The conservatives are currently bashing education all while the liberal education is pushing victim mentality. Life is not a series of political sound bites. Building is harder than destroying. it is easier to craft the narrative of hopelessness cause it leads to destruction, but hopeful narratives leads to harsh realities that needs to be confronted before communication and plans can be established, because that REQUIRES trust.
